Today, we had a brainstorming meeting at the IFT in Macau.

Thank you to Dr. Fernando Lourenco and his students from the Masters in International Food and Beverage Management as well as Masters in International Gastronomy Management.

We appreciate your time and ideas for our new project “HOLD ON TO HOPE”. It was a great time with everyone involved with a bit of competition in the mix. We all had lots of laughs!
