ARTM provides evidence- based therapeutic programs aimed at achieving recovery from alcohol and/or drugs.
Family Support – ARTM stages family and concerned persons in all of its programmes.
We recognise the importance of helping families and loved ones understand the disease of addiction and how it affects important relationships. It aims to assist family members to:
manage immediate concerns;
understand alcohol and/or drug addiction/dependence and the effect on the family;
address significant changing emotional responses from family members and those anticipated to emerge in the short term;
focus on the likelihood of change to family dynamics and roles;
discuss expectations openly and honestly;understand relapse;
grasp the concept of recovery from alcohol and/or drug dependence/addiction.
holistic approaches
Our programs take holistic approaches that address all aspects of recovery involving the entire human condition including:
Psychosocial treatment administered by professional Counsellors, Psychologists, Nurses and Social Workers;
Medical treatment assistance;
Physical activities such as hiking, aerobics, and gym delivered by external bodies under the supervision of certified monitors;
Nutrition;
Holistic activities such as Tai Chi, Meditation, Readings, and Arts and Crafts.

ARTM also provides After Care to their patients once they have completed their therapeutic program and a Family Program for individuals that have a loved one receiving treatment, so everyone has the opportunity to heal.
