World Book Day Celebration

The past weekend, on April 23rd, 2022, we had a small book fair held at the Hold On To Hope Project, in the yellow houses of Ka-Ho to celebrate World Book Day.

The weather was great in Our Lady of Ka-Ho Village to celebrate this occasion.

It was a joint initiative by the International Institute of Macao (IIM) and the Macau Heritage Ambassadors Association (MHAA) with our support.

Many people joined our event which included the launch and presentation of a book - “The City in Review - Episodes of hope and not so in Macau", presented by the author, Sheyla S. Zandonai.

In attendance were other entities, such as Mandarina Books.

It was a great time with opportunities to get to know more about the different and diverse options of books we have about Macau and other subjects as well.

Thank you so much for joining us!

We hope to continue to bring different events together that will celebrate the great things we have in Macau and celebrate them with Macau’s children.

Support! Don’t punish!

Thank you!
