Today, we reached a great milestone at ARTM. We celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the opening our ARTM Outreach Department and our Needle Syringe Program (NSP).

To commemorate this momentous occasion, we had a special dinner with many members of our team, members of society and institutions who have all helped us along the way to reach this day. We would like to specially thank our invited guests and various speakers from UNODC, UNAIDS, Macau Health Services, Social Welfare Bureau and one of our community neighbors for their support.

We also celebrate the unique achievement of 3 consecutive years with zero new HIV infections among the Injectable Drug Users, which is remarkable for our society.

This event wouldn’t be possible without the sponsorship of the Social Welfare Bureau of Macau and International Ladies’ Club of Macau. Also, special thanks to the Social Welfare Bureau and Macau Health Services for their full support to the ARTM NSP and Outreach Department.
